These soft and chewy white chocolate chip cookies are filled with festive pink and red M&M’s and white chocolate chips—perfect for spreading love this Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup Valentine’s mix M&M’s
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a stand mixer, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until incorporated.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together (it will be soft).
- Stir in the Valentine’s M&M’s and white chocolate chips.
- Using a large cookie scoop, portion out 12 dough balls.
- Bake for exactly 10 minutes. The cookies might appear slightly underdone, but they will firm up as they cool.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
