Valentine’s Day Cookies

These soft and chewy white chocolate chip cookies are filled with festive pink and red M&M’s and white chocolate chips—perfect for spreading love this Valentine’s Day!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 11 minutes
Total Time: 21 minutes
Yields: 12 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 8 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Valentine’s mix M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a stand mixer, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until incorporated.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together (it will be soft).
  5. Stir in the Valentine’s M&M’s and white chocolate chips.
  6. Using a large cookie scoop, portion out 12 dough balls.
  7. Bake for exactly 10 minutes. The cookies might appear slightly underdone, but they will firm up as they cool.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Tips & Notes:

  • This dough doesn’t double well, so make separate batches if you need more than a dozen.
  • Be sure to use real butter, not margarine, for the best texture and flavor.
