Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic.
  • Drain any excess fat.

Step 2: Assemble the Casserole

  • Transfer the cooked beef mixture to your slow cooker.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, kidney beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, corn, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
