Paula Deen’s Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

This easy and delicious spinach-artichoke dip is a crowd-pleaser, perfect for parties or as a comforting appetizer. With a creamy base of mayonnaise and sour cream, and a cheesy topping that melts to perfection, it’s a simple yet satisfying dish that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked in the microwave on high for 5 minutes
  • 2 (13 3/4-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped in a food processor
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mix well with a metal spoon.
  4. Sprinkle the grated pepper jack cheese on top.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Once baked, transfer the dip to a chafing dish to keep warm over a low flame.
  7. Serve with bagel chips or your favorite dipping snacks.

This recipe makes about 4 cups of dip, perfect for sharing with friends and family. Enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness of this irresistible appetizer!
