  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or spray it with cooking oil for easier cleanup.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread them on one-third of the sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes to give them a head start.
  3. Prepare the Chicken: While the potatoes cook, mix the chicken with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in the same bowl. Once the potatoes have pre-cooked, shift them to one side of the sheet pan and add the chicken to the center.
  4. Add the Green Beans: Toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic, and seasonings. Add them to the remaining third of the pan.
