India consumes chapati, a whole wheat bread without yeast. We adore wrapping ourselves in it.

2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
¾ teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Directions
- Salt and flour should be combined in a bowl. To create a soft dough, stir add water.
- On a surface that has been lightly dusted with flour, dump the dough out and knead it several times. Make eight equal pieces, then roll each piece into a ball. Use a rolling pin to create a very thin circular from each ball.
- Griddle is heated at medium-high heat. Cook each dough round on the griddle for about two minutes, or until dough bubbles and blisters develop. The opposite side should only be barely browned after flipping
