🍫 How to Make Greek Yogurt Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch glass baking dish or line with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, cacao powder, sweetener).
- Add Greek yogurt and almond milk. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix! The batter will be thick; add a splash more almond milk if needed.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl (add a little coconut oil if needed). Gently fold into the batter.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean with a few fudgy crumbs.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
🧊 Storage Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days (thanks to the yogurt!). When ready to enjoy, warm a brownie in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven feel.
