  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla sugar

Tip: Use 300–340 g of total dried fruit. Feel free to swap in candied fruit for a more festive loaf, similar to panettone.


How to Make No-Knead Fruit Bread

1. Make the Dough

In a large bowl, whisk together warm water, sugar, salt, and yeast. Stir in melted butter. Add the flour and mix until a shaggy dough forms with no dry patches.

2. First Rise
