Ingredients
- 16 oz beef stew meat
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced into strips
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes (with juice)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Meat:
In a large bowl, combine the flour and seasoned salt. Toss the beef stew meat in the mixture, coating it evenly. - Sear the Ingredients:
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the coated beef, minced garlic, and sliced bell peppers. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides and the peppers are slightly softened. - Transfer to Slow Cooker:
Remove the beef and peppers from the skillet and place them in a lined slow cooker. Leave any remaining grease in the skillet. - Make the Gravy:
To the skillet, add the stewed tomatoes (including their juice) and beef broth. Gradually whisk in the remaining flour until the mixture thickens into a gravy-like consistency. - Assemble and Cook:
Pour the gravy over the beef and peppers in the slow cooker. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir gently to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and flavorful. - Serve:
Serve over rice or noodles for a hearty and satisfying meal. Enjoy!
