Chicken Pot Pie Bubble Up Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well using a spatula.
  3. Incorporate Biscuits: Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently fold them into the chicken mixture.
  4. Assemble the Casserole: Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish and evenly spread the chicken and biscuit mixture into the dish.
